about your experiences of using our services.
We are hosting a workshop as a group rather than individual GP practices and would like to invite you to join us. T

he session will be run by staff from across GP practices,
The workshop is open to everyone, including:
• Parents, teenagers and young adults
• People living with chronic illness
• Older adults and their carers
• People with English as a second language.
