Dear Carers,
Pembridge are hosting sessions in recognition and support for carers ( informal carers / family, friends, neighbours and partners) who provide support & / or care ( emotional, physical, spiritual or social) to someone who is unwell. They may provide a lot of support / care or occasional.
If you are carer or have informal carer please feel free to invite them to ring Pembridge to book a slot . Please ring 0208 102 500 if you want more information and Pembridge to book your slot.
As well as bookable slots there are some drop ins – Sandwich lunch and short self care sessions such as Arts and Crafts, Relaxation, seed planting.
People are welcome to ring on the day to see if any slots are available due to cancellation, we recommend trying to book ahead. Call anytime between Mon-Fri 10-3.
